1. Acceptance

By accessing file-laurelfield.click or booking a session with File Laurel Field Studio Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "the Studio"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide in-person chart analysis training workshops, chart review clinics, and recurring markup labs at our studio in Bangkok. Sessions are educational. We do not execute trades, manage accounts, provide personalised investment advice, or guarantee trading outcomes.

3. Booking and payment

Session fees are stated on our Rates page and confirmed in writing before payment. Full payment reserves your seat unless otherwise agreed for private cohorts. Prices are in Thai Baht unless noted.

4. Intellectual property

Workbook layouts, session materials, Field Notes articles, and website content are owned by File Laurel Field Studio Co., Ltd. You may use materials provided during a session for personal trading planning. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute workbook panels or session recordings without written permission.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Disruptive behaviour, harassment of staff or other participants, or recording sessions without consent may result in removal without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

Trading involves risk of loss. Our training covers planning technique only. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from application of session content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booked session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

7. Website use

You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use the site to distribute malware or spam.

8. Third-party links

Our site may link to external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
