Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope
This policy applies to in-person workshops, chart review clinics, and Weekly Markup Lab series booked through File Laurel Field Studio Co., Ltd. It does not cover third-party products, broker fees, or trading software you purchase independently.
Cancellation by you
More than 72 hours before session start
Full refund of fees paid, or free transfer to a future date within six months.
24–72 hours before session start
50% refund, or one free reschedule within three months. Materials pre-printed with your name may be forfeited if already prepared.
Less than 24 hours before session start
No refund. You may send a substitute participant at no extra charge if you notify us by email before the session start time.
Weekly Markup Lab series
The four-week series is sold as a single block. Cancellation more than seven days before week one: full refund. After the series begins, fees are non-refundable for missed weeks. If we cancel a week due to instructor illness, a make-up session or pro-rata credit is offered.
No-shows
Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a cancellation within 24 hours — no refund.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is included if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Additional reschedules incur a THB 300 administrative fee. Rescheduled sessions must occur within six months of the original date.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a session (instructor illness, studio maintenance, or insufficient enrolment), you receive a full refund or priority transfer to the next available date — your choice.
Deposits
We do not currently take partial deposits for standard workshops. Full payment confirms your seat. Private cohort bookings may require a 50% deposit under separate invoice terms; deposit is refundable under the 72-hour rule above.
Non-refundable items
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
- Missed Weekly Markup Lab weeks after the series has started
- Printed workbook materials already shipped for cancelled late bookings
Work already started
If you leave a session early for personal reasons, no partial refund is issued. If you are asked to leave due to conduct violations, no refund is issued.
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfers within Thailand typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing.
How to request a refund or reschedule
Email hello@file-laurelfield.click with your booking reference, session name, and preferred outcome (refund or new date). Phone enquiries: 02-415-7932 during studio hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–17:00).
Exceptions
Medical emergencies with documentation may qualify for full credit outside standard timeframes at our discretion. Contact us as soon as possible — we review exceptions case by case.
